This Privacy Policy applies to the Ezer Kenegdo Android application published on Google Play by Jak Akademia.

Ezer Kenegdo is a guided instrument for exploring lived experience, noticing what may be needed beneath an immediate concern, and gradually discovering what may be meaningful and alive.

1. Information We Collect

Ezer Kenegdo does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, or location.

Ezer Kenegdo does not request access to your camera, contacts, photos, or other personal device data.

Conversation Data

Ezer Kenegdo stores conversation messages locally on your device. Stored conversation data may include the text of messages, the date and time of each message, whether the message was sent by the user or generated by Ezer Kenegdo, and information used to group messages into conversations.

Conversation data is stored locally using the Android Room database. Ezer Kenegdo does not upload these stored conversations to an Ezer Kenegdo server.

Voice Input

Ezer Kenegdo allows you to use voice input to convert speech into text. Microphone access is used only when you activate the voice input feature.

Ezer Kenegdo does not store audio recordings in its local database. Voice input is processed through the speech recognition service provided by Android or the speech recognition provider configured on your device.

Depending on your device and the speech recognition provider, audio used for speech recognition may be processed outside your device. Such processing is subject to the privacy practices of the applicable speech recognition provider.

2. How We Use Information

Ezer Kenegdo uses information entered by the user to provide the functionality of the application, including displaying and maintaining the user's conversation history.

Voice input is used to convert speech into text so that the text can be entered into the Ezer Kenegdo conversation.

We do not use conversation information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. Sharing of Information

Ezer Kenegdo does not sell or share stored conversation messages with advertisers or other third parties.

Ezer Kenegdo does not operate a server that stores user conversations.

Voice recognition may involve processing by the speech recognition service provided by Android or the provider configured on the user's device. Ezer Kenegdo does not control the privacy practices of such external speech recognition providers.

The application does not contain advertising or third-party analytics that collect personal information in the current version.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Conversation messages are stored locally on the user's device using the Android Room database.

Ezer Kenegdo does not maintain a remote database or server-side copy of these conversations.

Locally stored conversation data remains on the device until it is deleted by the application or the application is uninstalled.

Audio recordings from voice input are not stored in the Ezer Kenegdo database.

5. Children's Privacy

Ezer Kenegdo is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. The application does not require an account or knowingly collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or location information.

6. Security

Conversation data is stored locally on the user's Android device. Ezer Kenegdo does not maintain server-side storage of user conversations.

Users should understand that information stored on a device may be accessible to someone who has access to that device.

We will update this Privacy Policy if future versions introduce accounts, cloud storage, external artificial intelligence services, analytics, advertising, or other forms of data collection or sharing.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the functionality or data practices of Ezer Kenegdo change.
